OD is the pharmacy abbreviation for "once a day"
Yep, as Becks says, once a day.
They seem to be some kind of new fangled thing where you only need to take them once a day, but you're not allowed to lie down afterwards so it doesn't 'ulcerate your gullet', they also cure malaria, syphilis and god knows what else, and more side effects listed than the pill!!
