I just wanted to say thank you for your posts at the F word. I've shared them with a group of friends I have who all have ME/CFS and we have all appreciated them. It’s good to be reminded that our thoughts and actions still count. Sometimes I find it hard to fight against the constant tide of prejudice and taking note of the way disability is treated in society is draining to say the least. Its then that it becomes tempting to ignore it, because you know its one less thing to use up your energy, but when someone like you speaks up it makes it so much easier for the rest of us and certainly boosts my energy!
So thank you again.
